Research-Use Products

All items sold by Alluvi Health Care, including peptide pens and supplements, are intended strictly for research and development purposes only.

They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or medical use.
By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and in order to maintain strict quality assurance standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Only unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging may be considered for return.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If more than 7 days have passed since your order was received, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products not stored correctly (e.g. not kept refrigerated where required)

  • Items not returned in original packaging

  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery


Reporting Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Approval

Once your request is received, we will assess it and notify you of the approval status.

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was made by us.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued as the GBP equivalent at the time of refund, minus any applicable network, gas, or transaction fees.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. First, check your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your card issuer or wallet provider, as processing times may vary
